These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and b9myr ("b9myr", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the b9myr online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://b9myr.cam and any associated mobile or web applications.

By creating a player account, accessing the b9myr platform, or placing any wager or bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform and must not create or maintain an account.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and b9myr.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered player account opened by a User on the b9myr platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus credits that have not yet met wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" or "Promotional Credits" means any credits, free bets, free spins, cashback, or other non-cash value awarded to a Player under a promotion or offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" (also "Rollover") means the number of times a Player must wager their Bonus Funds (or Bonus Funds plus deposit, as specified per promotion) before those funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, state, or territory in which access to and/or use of the b9myr platform is restricted, prohibited, or unlicensed under applicable local law.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required before large withdrawals or upon b9myr's request, as described in Section 4.
• "Verified Account" means an Account for which the Player has successfully completed all required KYC documentation checks.
• "Platform" means the b9myr website, its content, games, betting products, and all associated services available at https://b9myr.cam.
• "MYR" / "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the base currency of the b9myr platform.

To register and maintain an active Account on b9myr, a Player must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. b9myr enforces a minimum age of 21 for all gambling activities on the platform, consistent with internationally recognised standards for licensed casino operations. Registration or use by persons under 21 is strictly prohibited.
2. You must be a natural person (i.e., a human individual). Corporate entities, automated systems, or agents acting on behalf of another party may not register accounts.
3. You must not be a resident or citizen of a Prohibited Jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly unlawful. You are responsible for determining your own legal position.
4. You must not be a current employee, contractor, consultant, director, or close family member of an employee of b9myr or any affiliated entity. Employees and their immediate family are strictly prohibited from holding player accounts.
5. You must not be self-excluded or have been previously permanently banned from the b9myr platform. Players who have voluntarily self-excluded must not attempt to re-register during the exclusion period.
6. You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information at the time of registration and at all times thereafter. b9myr reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided.

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account only on b9myr. Holding multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. b9myr reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to confiscate any associated funds and winnings.

Upon registration, you are required to provide a valid email address, a unique username, and a secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. b9myr will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Requirements: b9myr is required to verify player identities under the terms of its international gaming licence. You may be required to submit the following documents before your first withdrawal or at b9myr's discretion:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (Malaysian MyKad, Passport, or Driver's Licence);
• Proof of address dated within the last three (3) months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence);
• A selfie photograph holding your ID document; and
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used (e.g., screenshot of e-wallet account showing your registered name).

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of b9myr's request may result in the temporary suspension of withdrawal access. Submission of false, altered, or fraudulent KYC documents will result in permanent account closure and may be reported to relevant authorities.

b9myr accepts deposits exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM). All account balances, game displays, and transaction records are denominated in MYR. b9myr does not impose currency conversion fees for MYR transactions.

The following deposit methods are currently accepted on b9myr:

All deposits must be made from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where another person funds your account on your behalf — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and reversal of funds.

b9myr does not accept deposits derived from illegal sources. b9myr reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any deposit that it considers unusual or potentially linked to money laundering or fraud.

Players may request withdrawal of available real-money Account balances at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. There is no specified maximum withdrawal limit, though b9myr reserves the right to process large withdrawals in multiple instalments and to conduct enhanced identity checks for withdrawals above RM10,000.

Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been previously used by the Player to deposit funds, or to a bank account that has been verified as belonging to the Player through the KYC process. b9myr will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Expected withdrawal processing timeframes are as follows:

• E-Wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay): Under 5 minutes for verified accounts.
• DuitNow & FPX: 5–15 minutes for verified accounts.
• Bank Wire Transfer: 15–60 minutes; may extend to 1–2 business days for larger amounts.

Processing times stated above reflect b9myr's internal targets and may be affected by technical maintenance, payment provider delays, or regulatory compliance checks. b9myr does not guarantee withdrawal times and shall not be liable for delays outside its reasonable control.

b9myr offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing Players. By claiming any bonus or promotional credit, you agree to the specific terms associated with that promotion as well as the general provisions set out in this section.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Unless otherwise specified, the default wagering requirement for any deposit bonus is 10x the bonus amount. This means a RM50 bonus requires RM500 in total wagers before the bonus-derived funds become withdrawable.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% towards wagering requirements. Table games, live dealer games, and sports betting may contribute a reduced percentage or zero, as specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses expire if the applicable wagering requirement is not met within the specified validity period (typically 7–30 days from the date of issue, as stated per promotion).
• b9myr reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already claimed and in active use.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

b9myr actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes — but is not limited to — using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk bets specifically to complete wagering requirements without genuine play intent, or coordinating with other players to exploit bonus structures. Where bonus abuse is detected, b9myr reserves the right to void all bonus funds and associated winnings and to close the relevant account(s).

7.3 Birthday Bonus

Players who have completed KYC verification and whose birthday is confirmed on file are eligible for a tier-based birthday bonus as follows: Bronze (MYR 188), Silver (MYR 388), Gold (MYR 888), VIP (MYR 2,688). These amounts are subject to the Player's verified tier status at the time of the birthday. Birthday bonuses are credited manually and are subject to a wagering requirement of 5x the bonus amount.

7.4 Referral Programme

Players may earn a referral bonus of MYR 38 per successful referral where the referred friend completes registration and makes a qualifying first deposit. Referral bonuses are subject to a 1x wagering requirement. Mass referral abuse — including the creation of fake accounts for referral purposes — is strictly prohibited.

All games and betting products available on b9myr are governed by game-specific rules displayed within each game or betting interface. These general provisions apply across all products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. b9myr does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in the specific circumstances of a manifest error (see below).
• Bets placed using insufficient account funds will not be accepted. b9myr does not extend credit to Players under any circumstances.
• In the event of a manifest error (e.g., odds published at an incorrect level due to a technical fault, or a game result erroneously recorded), b9myr reserves the right to void and re-settle all affected bets at the correct price or outcome. b9myr will make reasonable efforts to notify affected Players of any void settlement.
• In the event of a game disconnection during play, b9myr's systems will use the last recorded game state to determine the outcome. This applies to both casino games and live dealer rounds. b9myr maintains comprehensive server-side game logs for dispute resolution purposes.
• b9myr uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software for all digital casino games, subject to independent third-party testing and audit. All live dealer games are conducted in real time from licensed studio environments.

Sports betting markets and odds are offered at b9myr's discretion. b9myr reserves the right to limit maximum bet stakes, restrict access to certain markets, or close accounts that demonstrate betting patterns inconsistent with recreational gambling.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on b9myr and will result in immediate account suspension, confiscation of funds, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraudulent Activity: Any form of fraud, including providing false identity information, using stolen or unauthorised payment methods, charge-backs, or exploiting platform errors for financial gain.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, tournaments, or any other game format where player interaction occurs.
• Chip Dumping: Deliberately losing funds to another player's account as a means of transferring value between accounts.
• Software Exploitation: Using automated software (bots), scripts, or any tool designed to interact with b9myr's platform in a non-human manner.
• Multiple Account Registration: Holding more than one active account, as detailed in Section 4.
• Money Laundering: Using the b9myr platform to process, conceal, or legitimise funds derived from illegal activity.
• Underage Gambling: Accessing or using the platform if you are under 21 years of age, or facilitating access by a person under 21.

b9myr is committed to the principles of responsible gambling. We provide the following tools to all registered Players free of charge:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps at any time from their Account settings. Limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may set notifications to alert them when they have been logged in for a defined period.
• Loss Limits: Players may cap their maximum net loss per day, week, or month.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may exclude themselves from the platform for a defined period (minimum 30 days) or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During self-exclusion, account login is disabled and all marketing communications cease.
• Reality Check: Periodic pop-up notifications reminding players of how long they have been playing and their net win/loss for the session.

All content on the b9myr platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, audio clips, software, game assets, and the overall platform design — is the intellectual property of b9myr or its licensed content providers. All such content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal licence to access and use the platform solely for their own lawful personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any platform content without prior written consent from b9myr;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on platform content;
• Use any data mining, scraping, or automated collection tools on the platform; or
• Frame or embed any portion of the b9myr platform within another website or application.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, b9myr's liability to any Player in connection with their use of the platform is limited as follows:

• b9myr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity.
• b9myr shall not be liable for losses arising from: platform downtime, technical malfunctions, internet connectivity failures, force majeure events, or the actions of third-party payment providers.
• b9myr does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may cause temporary unavailability. b9myr will use reasonable efforts to minimise disruption and to notify Players of planned maintenance where practicable.
• b9myr's total aggregate liability to any Player, in any circumstances, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

b9myr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its reasonable discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct;
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable period of request;
• Discovery that the Player is under 21 years of age;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal from the Player's payment provider;
• Reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse or exploitation of platform errors;
• In compliance with a legal or regulatory obligation.

In the event of account closure for legitimate reasons not related to Player misconduct, b9myr will process a refund of the verified Account balance to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting b9myr's support team via live chat or the email address listed in Section 16. Voluntary account closures will be processed promptly, and any remaining verified Account balance will be refunded to the Player's last verified payment method.

b9myr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to Players via a prominent notice on the b9myr platform and/or by email to the address registered on the Player's Account, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the b9myr platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease use of the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 13.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date on which the current version of these Terms came into effect.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which b9myr holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the b9myr platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

b9myr operates a fair and transparent dispute resolution process. In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, game outcome, or any aspect of platform use, Players should:

1. Contact b9myr's 24/7 live chat support in the first instance, providing full details of the dispute and any supporting evidence;
2. If the matter is not resolved at first contact, submit a formal written complaint to the email address in Section 16, referencing any previous correspondence and your account username; and
3. b9myr commits to acknowledging all formal written complaints within 48 hours and to resolving the matter within 14 working days where reasonably practicable.

For Malaysian Players, it is noted that there is no Malaysian regulatory body with jurisdiction over internationally licensed online gambling operators. All disputes are therefore subject to b9myr's internal dispute resolution process and the governing law of the licensing jurisdiction.
