We are b9myr — a platform built from the ground up for Malaysian players who deserve better: faster payouts, honest odds, and a casino experience that actually works on your terms.
b9myr was founded in 2018 by a team of passionate gaming professionals and technology specialists who saw a clear gap in the Malaysian online entertainment market. Players in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, and Shah Alam were being underserved — stuck with platforms built for foreign audiences, loaded with clunky payment processes, and offering little in the way of local-language support or familiar payment methods.
We set out to build something different. b9myr was conceived as a Malaysia-first platform — one where players could deposit in Ringgit Malaysia via Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, or Maybank2u without jumping through conversion hoops, and withdraw their winnings without waiting days for funds to clear. From day one, our benchmark was simple: if a Malaysian player can't do it fast and easily, we haven't done our job.
Over the six-plus years since launch, b9myr has grown from a focused sportsbook into a comprehensive online casino and betting destination. We've expanded our live dealer suite, added over a thousand slot titles from multiple international studios, and built out one of the most competitive sports betting products in Southeast Asia — covering everything from Liga Super Malaysia and the English Premier League to UFC events and live football markets updated in real time.
Through all of that growth, the founding principle hasn't changed: every decision at b9myr is made with the Malaysian player in mind. That means competitive odds, honest bonus terms, instant local payments, and a support team that's genuinely helpful — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
"We didn't build b9myr to be the biggest — we built it to be the most trusted. In Malaysia, that means more to us than any other metric."
b9myr's mission is to provide Malaysian players with the fairest, fastest, and most transparent online gaming experience in Southeast Asia.
We publish our bonus terms clearly, audit our games independently, and never hide fees in fine print. Malaysian players deserve to know exactly what they're signing up for — and at b9myr, they always do.
Withdrawals under 5 minutes via e-wallet. Deposits in seconds via DuitNow. We treat your time as valuable because it is. Speed is not a marketing claim at b9myr — it's an engineering priority backed by verified Malaysian payment partnerships.
We believe responsible gambling isn't an afterthought or a regulatory checkbox — it's embedded in how b9myr is built. Every player has access to deposit limits, session timers, and self-exclusion tools, no questions asked. b9myr is for players aged 21 and above only.
We are Malaysian in our focus but international in our standards. Our platform operates under international licensing frameworks, our games undergo third-party RNG audits, and our security protocols match those used by regulated global operators.
Long-term players are the backbone of b9myr, and we treat them accordingly. From tiered VIP programmes and birthday bonuses to referral rewards with no cap, we invest back in the players who invest their time and trust in us.
We listen to our players — from Bangsar to Bukit Bintang, from Petaling Jaya to Penang. Player feedback directly shapes our product roadmap: new payment methods, new game categories, UX improvements, and support enhancements all trace back to what our community tells us matters most.
Six reasons why Malaysian players choose b9myr — and stay with us for the long haul.
Our withdrawal infrastructure is built around Malaysian payment rails. E-wallet withdrawals via Touch 'n Go, Boost, and GrabPay typically clear in under 5 minutes. Bank transfers via DuitNow and FPX land in 5–15 minutes. We measure our performance against real player expectations, not industry averages.
From Liga Super Malaysia weekend fixtures to Premier League evenings and UFC pay-per-view events, b9myr covers the sports Malaysian fans care about most. Our live betting markets update in real time with competitive Asian Handicap and Over-Under lines — exactly what serious football punters need.
Our live casino streams professional dealers 24/7 across Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Sic Bo, and Dragon Tiger. Streamed from licensed international studios, every game is verified for fairness and runs on stable low-latency infrastructure that performs reliably even during peak evening hours in Malaysia.
No apps to download, no storage to waste. b9myr's mobile web experience is fully optimised for Android and iOS browsers. Whether you're checking live scores from a kopitiam in PJ or placing a late-night bet from home in Shah Alam, the platform performs consistently across all screen sizes and connection speeds.
256-bit SSL encryption protects every session, transaction, and piece of data on b9myr. Our KYC verification process — required before large withdrawals — uses the same document standards as regulated financial institutions. Two-factor authentication is available on all accounts for an additional layer of protection.
Our support team operates around the clock via live chat — real people, not bots. Whether you have a deposit question at 2am or a withdrawal query on a public holiday, b9myr's English-speaking support agents are trained to resolve issues quickly and without unnecessary friction. Average first response time: under 2 minutes.
All nine major Malaysian payment channels supported — from Touch 'n Go eWallet to Maybank2u, Public Bank, CIMB, Hong Leong, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX. Full MYR deposits and withdrawals with zero conversion charges.
Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, FA Cup, UEFA competitions, UFC — b9myr prioritises the sports events Malaysian fans follow and bet on. Our odds compilers have deep expertise in Southeast Asian football markets.
We enforce strict 21+ age verification, maintain segregated player funds, publish our responsible gaming tools openly, and maintain a zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling. Player protection is non-negotiable at b9myr.
Support is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Public holidays, festive seasons, Hari Raya, Chinese New Year — our live chat agents are always on. No auto-responses, no bots, no runarounds.
